[ Tampa, FL ] As Jared and Marinio sat in the Meridian Hookah Lounge conversing about the state of music in the present day, they decided to attempt a renaissance of old school heavy metal while mixing it with more modern hard rock. Being avid Iron Maiden fans, they knew what direction they wanted to take. A band name unlike any other was birthed that night as well - Sins of the Father. Soon thereafter, Marinio's brother, The Meade, was recruited to sing. After almost a year of trying out guitarist after guitarist, Marinio met Chris at a local Sam Ash music store and he liked what he heard. They are still searching for a bass playing genius to complete the lineup. If you think you would fit in and can jam the f@ck out of a bass guitar, hit them up! Using techniques true to older metal (lots of changes, twin guitar harmonization, etc...) they bred their own original sound previously unheard by anyone before. Only one question is left unanswered... ARE YOU READY TO ROCK!?!

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://fenentertainment.squarespace.com/band-bios/2008/11/4/process-of-death.html"><rss:title>Process of Death</rss:title><rss:link>http://fenentertainment.squarespace.com/band-bios/2008/11/4/process-of-death.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject></dc:subject>

[ Venice, FL ] Process of Death is the first, and probably the only 'Death Metal' band to be added to our family. Mark Carlson, the drummer, and Analysis489 [their offical promoter] met early in 2007 while exploring avenues for a different band project. They have since kept in touch and have re-united for one sole purpose: to ROCK! They were formed on 20 September 2008. They all wanted to play death metal, but something different. From the start they all clicked instantly and within the first day of 'jamming', they already had two songs for their set list.

That momentum hasn't stopped. Since that day they have written eight songs and have only been doing so for a little over a month. As a super-young quartet with tons of time on their hands, they are all about dedication. They practice every day of the week for at least 6 to 7 hours per day. When one member can't make it, everyone else is still being productive; getting whatever they need to get done at the moment... and done right.

The band is: Jeremy Bull, age 29: Lead and rhythm guitar. Troy Wheeler, age 19: Lead and rhythm guitar. Andrew Bhatnagar, age 22: Vocals. Last, and the driving force behind the band, Mark Carlson, age 22: Drums & 'death sticks', as he likes to put it. They focus all of their free time to make music that THEY want to hear. And it is something fresh... and deadly.

</rss:item></rdf:RDF>
