[ Tampa, FL ] I was invited to an intimate photo shoot after meeting a new friend. After getting rained on, which proved to be a good luck charm, I had the pleasure of meeting two renowned, truly fascinating artists. Given the rare opportunity, these are just a handful of shots I am allowed to share for the upcoming art and music melding project that is "Worlds On Fire". Enjoy.

"Searchin" [ Acoustic ]
We met this crazy cat just last night and hit it off almost immediately. He is involved with several major music projects all over the world, but his demeanor is humble. He was nice enough to let us feature this original track from one of his current music projects, CryBabies. This acoustic tune has emotion and heart. It's got a little bit of bounce, coupled with a serenade-esque swagger. Special thanks to Poet for the track. Look us up next time when you come back to Florida! Safe travels.

My Mind Plays Tricks On Me
Since 2003, Incekt has been a mainstay in the Milwaukee industrial music scene; creating dark, atmospheric industrial music with driving beats and stunning synthesizer work. Influenced by bands such as Nine Inch Nails, Skinny Puppy,and Kraftwerk, Incekt uses many techniques for creating sounds, including subtractive synthesis, additive synthesis, sampling, and circuit bending. With countless performances under their belt, live shows continue to evolve while becoming more entertaining and technical, including electronic work by David Gardipee and Gary Timm.
Incekt was nice enough to allow us to help announce the ABSOLUTELY FREE Download of their new album, "My Mind Plays Tricks On Me". We listened to it while posting this, and we can honestly say that the aforementioned influences are most definitely present. Enjoy.

The Dallas Conspiracy

An experimental music project from Orlando, FL, The Dallas Conspiracy was formed in the Summer of 2007. This track is to be debuted on the upcoming album with the same name. The album is a concept record about addiction and relationships, something that everyone has dealt with in the past. Armed with metaphors, satire, and emotionally driven lyrics, this album is one to wait for.

Believe it or not, we met The Paper Dolls' lead singer via Twitter. There have been a few short conversations thus far; just enough to know that they are a kick-ass indie band from sunny San Diego, CA. We spoke briefly about getting them to come to the East Coast to play some tunes and rock out for us! Show them some love. Maybe if we blow up their Vimeo, they will come out to our sunny state.
